Through virtual or private, in-home health and fitness coaching for Wisconsin’s Lake Country area, we’ll help you establish realistic goals, develop sustainable habits, and achieve optimal health for a lifetime of feeling and looking your best.

How We’ll Take You from Surviving to THRIVING

We’ll start with a deep dive into your health and lifestyle. Utilizing cutting edge tools, assessments, and technology, we’ll determine where you are, where you want to be and the best way to get there.
  • Habits and goals as they relate to lifestyle, work and family life. To be successful, your goals will be established around your social context, not the other way around
  • Cardiovascular health, including blood pressure, resting heart rate, VO2max
  • Muscular strength, mobility, working around injuries, and addressing any aches and pains you have
  • Sleep efficiency
  • Stress (HRV)
  • Biometrics, including internal biological status utilizing blood test used by professional athletes and the measure of your biological age vs your chronological age
  • Nutrition analysis
Once we have a clear picture of where you are starting from, we’ll set in motion a plan designed around your goals and schedule. The solutions we establish will fit within your life without detracting from your professional demands or focus. We’ll compare your results to benchmarks and tackle the low-lying fruit first, setting your goals based on what we can most immediately affect and build a strong foundation to go beyond.

Your health coaching plan will include:

  • Come to you training provided by a certified in-home health and fitness coach
  • Personalized nutrition analysis and recommendations
  • Individualized fitness programming with a certified health and fitness coach at your Lake Country area home or work, remotely, or at my personal home gym in Pewaukee, WI
  • Recommendations specific to any travel including flight times and time zone changes, restaurant and menu recommendations, and schedule
  • One-on-one accountability
  • Tracking of correct metrics with the latest in health tracking tools and technology
  • Behavior modification techniques
  • Motivational interviewing
As we focus on your goals, we will also equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to create better habits, processes, and decisions surrounding your lifestyle. You will begin to take a proactive role in your health.

Three to six months of private, personalized coaching sessions for long-term healthspan solutions so you can thrive as you age – not just live longer, but live healthier and happier for longer.

THRIVE ACCELERATE: Fast Track Fitness Coaching

Four to six weeks of fast-tracked fitness coaching to get you in peak performance before a set date or upcoming event. We will use techniques that although effective short term, would need to be adjusted after to sustain long term results.
